A beaux-arts palace-style hotel inside the Al Habtoor City complex on Sheikh Zayed Road, beside the Dubai Water Canal. It opened in 2015 as The St. Regis Dubai, Al Habtoor City, was rebranded Habtoor Palace, LXR Hotels & Resorts (the LXR brand's first property) effective 1 August 2021, and left Hilton entirely on 1 May 2024. It now trades independently as Al Habtoor Palace and its own site describes it as a member of the Legend Collection by Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Butler service is provided to all guests.
