A full-day excursion from Dubai to the UAE capital, built around the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and one or two paid attractions.
How it operates
Departure from Dubai hotels between 08:00 and 08:30, with about 90 minutes on the road each way. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is taken first — free to enter, with its dress code enforced at the gate — and one or two ticketed attractions follow, each to a timed entry. Around ten hours door to door.

- The mosque dress code is the single most common cause of a group being delayed or split. Brief it in writing before departure; abayas and kanduras are provided on site but queuing for them costs time.
- Friday itineraries must work around the mosque's midday closure.
- Free mosque entry plus paid attractions means the day's cost sits almost entirely in transport and tickets — a good margin structure for series groups.
- Ten hours door to door: this is a whole-day commitment, not a half-day add-on.

What to brief your guests on
- The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque enforces its dress code at the gate: long, loose, ankle-length clothing for everyone, and a headscarf for women. Robes are available on site, but queuing for them costs time.
- Food, drink and smoking are not permitted inside the mosque, and photography is for personal use only — professional filming needs a written permit.

- Qasr Al Watan — A presidential palace opened to the public as a visitor attraction, with a Palace in Motion light show in the evening. Its own Plan Your Visit page states that it is located in Al Ras Al Akhdar, near the Abu Dhabi Corniche, that last entry to the Presidential Palace is at closing time, and that last entry to the Palace in Motion show is 30 minutes before the start time. It does NOT publish opening hours or ticket prices on that page and directs enquiries to its contact centre.
- Louvre Abu Dhabi — Art museum on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
- Ferrari World Abu Dhabi — Theme park on Yas Island. The usual alternative to the museum route for families.
